Several opt-outs exist. Google’s own is at Google Ads Settings. Industry-wide ones are run by the DAA and the NAI, with Your Online Choices covering Europe. We honour Global Privacy Control without you asking. Opting out affects targeting, not ad volume.

The Advertising Arrangement

• Third-party advertising networks, potentially including Google AdSense, may serve the ads on roadpacked.com. Where they do, they may use cookies and device identifiers — based on your browsing here and elsewhere — to personalise ad selection, cap frequency, and report on effectiveness.
• Advertising placed near our writing on Roadpacked is served automatically. Roadpacked has no hand in choosing it, and its appearance carries no endorsement from us.
